They were tiny explorers, moving freely from one spot to another—no maps, no GPS, just instinct and curiosity. That curiosity sparked my own love for travel.

Growing up, I became the go-to person for planning family trips, church outings, and school field trips. Eventually, I took a job with the local bus company, and that experience sealed the deal—I wanted to make travel my career. After completing my formal education at Lucas Travel School, GRUP Opportunity Travel was born.

Earva Jones-Scott is the visionary Founder and CEO of “GRUP” Opportunity Travel Services, Inc., a full-service travel and lifestyle company dedicated to creating meaningful, life-enriching journeys for travelers around the world. With a heart for people and a passion for purposeful travel, Earva has built a brand that connects adventure with faith, culture, and personal growth.

Her personal travel experiences have taken her to some of the world’s most awe-inspiring destinations — from the lush islands of Hawaii to the vast beauty of Africa, the majesty of the Grand Canyon, and the sacred sites of Jerusalem. One of the most transformative moments in her journey was having the privilege of baptizing a group in the Jordan River, the very place where Jesus was baptized. Experiences like these have deepened her belief that travel can be both a physical journey and a spiritual awakening.

Through “GRUP” Opportunity Travel Services, Earva curates experiences that go beyond sightseeing — offering cruises, bus tours, rail adventures, corporate retreats, destination weddings, student travel, and spiritual pilgrimages. Justin supports the operations and organization of GRUP Opportunity Travel, assisting with trip planning, group coordination, and on-site logistics. With extensive travel experience across Europe, the Caribbean, and beyond, he brings a traveler’s eye and a personal touch to every itinerary.
Working closely with his grandmother, the agency’s founder, Justin is dedicated to ensuring every client’s journey is smooth, memorable, and full of discovery.
